Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Collins Feed & Seed! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Bad weather can occasionally delay deliveries; if the decision to delay deliveries has been made, we will do everything we can to let you know as soon as possible, as well as when we can get your delivery to you.

Delivery Estimates

Residential deliveries are usually done of Mondays and Thursdays, between 11am and 3pm. Commercial deliveries are usually done on Wednesdays and Fridays, between 11am and 3pm.

Typically, we will call you just before we leave the previous customer to let you know that we’re on our way.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has received.

Taxes

Collins Feed & Seed is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
